Preparation of timber for the production

The processing of the timber is done on production line with modern machinery. The timber is dried to 12% to make it more resistant to insect and fungus attacks as well as to prevent it from splitting.

Resting of timber-tailoring-length adjusting-planing

To equalize the tention in the wood built up during the drying process, the timbers have to be put aside to rest for 48-72 hours. To prevent any distortion of the wooden components and to archieve stronger structure, the wooden parts are made of several layers pressed together. The undesirable faults in the wood and the adjustment of the individual layers are done by automatic sawing machines. Those layers that are too short have to be extended. All four sides of the wooden pieces are planed in order to achieve perfect joint for the agglutination.

The next step in the process is the compression of the wooden layers that can be summerised in three different steps: glue application, fine positioning of the layers on one another and pressing.

Taps, Profiling

The wooden constituents archieve their final shape on modern tapping and profiling production lines.

Drilling - repair

The holes on the hardware are done by automatic drilling and milling machines. By repairing the minor defects during manufacturing many parts can be salved.

Impregnating, Painting, varnishing

The water-based impregnation makes the wooden parts resistant to fungi and insects. Varnishing the wooden components while maintaining their structure will retain the natural-wood look. With painting entirely homogeneous, uniform components is obtained.

The covering components are made of aluminium sheets that itself comes in the form of Aluminium coil. The profiled parts are then cut to size according to the required window measurements. Drill holes and connecting points are created for attaching the cover elements.

Pane (glass) production

The glass is cut to size from Jumbo glazing panels, then they are washed and toughened. The required spacers are cut to size and then folded. The glass panes are assembled and filled with insulating gas.

After the installation of the rubber gaskets and the hardware, the sash is assembled with the wooden parts using nails and glue. The next step is the synchronization of the window sash and window frame. Once this is done, the rubber sealing tapes are put in place. The final steps are: fixing the glass hardware spacers, installation of the window panes with the use clamping frames and screws..
